Schon fr\u00fch merkte ich, dass mir Bewegung gut tat und folgte diesem Gef\u00fchl.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Seit meinem sechsten Lebensjahr spielte ich Fu\u00dfball, schwamm im Verein und sammelte Erfahrung im Kampfsport. Der Fu\u00dfball blieb mir bis zum 30. Lebensjahr erhalten. Hier plagten mich immer wieder muskul\u00e4re Probleme. Diese bekam ich trotz dem \u00fcblichen Weg (Physiotherapie, Medikamente, Ruhephasen, \u00e4rztliche Unterst\u00fctzung) nicht dauerhaft in den Griff. Ich begann mich mehr mit meinem K\u00f6rper auseinander zu setzen um der Ursache auf den Grund zu gehen. Auf diesem Weg gelang ich zum MOVEMENT Training.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Von Tag zu Tag verbesserten sich meine Beschwerden bis hin zur vollkommenen Genesung.
